Lunch Time Fitness

Join our 30-minute lunchtime fitness sessions for a healthier you. Personalized attention sets us apart from larger groups. Themes include Muscle-up Monday for strong arms, Tighten & Tone Tuesday for your core, Wacky Wednesday for your cardio, and Tush & Thighs Thursday. We start at 12:15 p.m., making it easy to fit into your busy day. Prioritize your health and vitality during your lunch break with us.

Cancer and Beyond

Exercise before, during, and after cancer has numerous benefits, addressing depression, anxiety, sleep, physical function, and more. Cancer exercise classes foster camaraderie and support in a safe, understanding environment. A positive mindset is key. In collaboration with Izette Fry, a personal coach, we can help you overcome obstacles. Health and clearance forms are required. Class structure 30 minutes exercise, 30 minutes mindset discussion

Pre/Post Natal Classes

Mikkie’s here to guide you through the unpredictable ride of motherhood. We’ll shine a light on how certain exercises and checks can make your pregnancy and post-baby recovery better. It’s true that what works for one mom might not click with another but, Mikkie gives you top-notch advice and support so you can make smart choices. Mikkie is a certified Holistic/Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and more. Her passion is helping people lead disease-free lives through exercise and nutrition. She has worked with moms, to members with chronic illness, to athletes and has seen the impact of how a  tailored diet and exercise program makes all the difference. Mikkie focuses on improving overall health and addressing chronic disease like diabetes and high cholesterol. She believes good health advice should be affordable for anyone that wants to live a healthier lifestyle.

Client Care Co-ordinator

Kaely is one of the welcoming staff members you’ll encounter at our gym. With over eight years of customer service experience and a degree in business administration, Kaely is devoted to fitness. She was once a competitive swimmer but had to stop due to a shoulder injury. Now she likes to hike, workout and swim in Kalamalka lake. Kaely is now delighted to be part of the DEEM Health + Fitness team, where she assists members with their fitness goals.

Answer: Most of our members will start to see underlying results in about 6-8 weeks, this includes improved blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar ect. Noticeable physique changes can happen anywhere from 3- 6 months with proper nutrition and workout plans.
