  • Gym Access: Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Personalized Workouts: Led by a certified trainer in small groups of 1-4 people, ensuring you get individualized attention and guidance
  • Tailored Nutrition Plan: A customized food plan designed to help you stay on track and reach your goals, with the support you need to stick to it
  • Weekly Weigh-Ins & Biweekly Assessments: Track your progress through weekly weigh-ins and biweekly assessments (including weight, measurements, and blood pressure) to address any challenges and create solutions
  • Team Challenges & Guest Speakers: Every Saturday, contestants come together to participate in team challenges and hear from guest speakers who provide motivation and tips for success
