What’s New at DEEM: Train for Gains Small Group Fitness
We’re kicking things up a notch this November with a brand-new workout option designed to boost your motivation, create even more fun, and keep your fitness journey fresh!
For the month of November, we will be shaking things up by running Train for Gains—small group training sessions that will focus on different muscle groups and fitness goals each day of the week. Whether it’s back and biceps, core and cardio, or leg day, by the end of the week, you’ll have gotten in a full-body workout!
What you need to know about Group Fitness at DEEM:
- Session Length: 45-minute group training sessions
- Warm-Up: Take a few minutes to warm up as usual before hopping into the group workout.
- Same Fee, More Fun: No change to your membership fee! You still have access to everything you love, but with a new twist.
- Rolling Weeks: Each workout will shift to the next day in the following week to ensure you don’t miss any muscle group. For example, if you work a specific muscle group on Monday this week, it will be worked on Tuesday next week.
- Private Gym Time: Still available, just be mindful of the group session schedule so you can plan around the machines being used.

Full-Body Workout
Each day is different. You’ll hit a different muscle group everyday, so by the end of the week, all major muscle groups are worked and you will also have gotten your cardio in.

Small Group Training is for the person who:
- Loves the idea of personal training but likes to share the cost of personal training in a small group setting
- Enjoys teamwork and a community vibe to keep you engaged and consistent
- Needs variety to keep things interesting
- Enjoys a higher calorie burn
- Likes to experience different training styles and approaches, as the trainers will change out from day to day
- Values building connections with others while you sweat – heck, you might even have a little fun and share a few laughs together
- Desires a full-body, head-to-toe workout
- Doesn’t want to have to think about or plan their workout every single time – turn your brain off, do the workout, and be done
- Still wants a personal trainer available to ask questions, modify movements, watch form, etc.
