Are you looking for a little extra motivation to start your health journey and stay on track? If so, this challenge may be for you!

Who Can Join

The Biggest Loser program is perfect for anyone who:

  • Wants to lose a minimun of 25lbs
  • Wants to feel more comfortable in their body and be stronger overall
  • Has fitness or nutrition goals but needs extra accountability to stay on track
  • Enjoys a bit of friendly competition and is ready to push themselves to beat their own records
  • Values being part of a supportive team, working alongside a lead trainer and peers for motivation
  • Is committed not only to losing weight initially but also to maintaining a healthy lifestyle

What to Expect

During the course of this challenge, you can expect to:

  • Get a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle
  • Follow effective workouts that support your goals and limitations
  • Attend bi-weekly assessments to make sure you’re on track
  • Participate in weekly meetings Saturday mornings with guest speakers and/or team challenges
  • Gain the knowledge and habits to keep the weight off beyond this challenge

So… What’s the Twist?

This challenge goes for 12 weeks long, however, to actually win the challenge, you must keep the weight off for an additional month. The winner will be chosen by losing the highest percentage of body fat while mainting LBM (lean body mass) at the end of the 12 weeks. Our top 3 winners will be awarded with a free 1-3 month membership depending on their placement, along with more prize to be announced!
